Congratulations to AMLC, Kaitlyn, Greg, and Wes for being recognized by Benchmark Litigation Canada! Kaitlyn is being recognized as a “Future Star” for the first time, and Greg and Wes have both been highlighted as “Benchmark Litigation Stars.” This 13th edition is identifying them as preeminent litigation practitioners in Canada based on Benchmark’s research. In addition,
AMLC is being recognized as a “Recommended Firm.” 2024 is the second year in a row that we’ve been awarded this honour.

Summer student, Noah Faust-Robinson, joins AMLC
AMLC is excited to welcome our new summer student, Noah Faust-Robinson, who will be starting with us on April 29, 2024! Noah is a second-year law student at the University of Victoria. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in writing and previously worked for the BC Ministry of Health. Outside of his studies, Noah plays the trumpet and runs ultra-marathons.

Congratulations to AMLC’s Danielle White on completing her Paralegal Certificate Program!
Congratulations to AMLC’s Danielle White who has now officially graduated from the paralegal program at Capilano University.
Danielle completed this entire program in her evenings and weekends, while balancing a busy work schedule and family schedule with young kids. It’s a remarkable achievement, and we are so proud of her!
AMLC Celebrates International Women's Day at West Coast LEAF's Equality Breakfast
On March 8th, members of the AMLC team attended West Coast LEAF’s Equality Breakfast to celebrate International Women’s Day. This annual event brings together community members, friends, advocates, and activists with a shared passion for gender justice. Our team had a fabulous morning, and enjoy attending this event every year!
West Coast LEAF works to effect change in British Columbia through litigation, law reform, and public legal education designed to create a more equitable, accessible, and just legal system for all.

AMLC attends the Allard Law Career Fair
Kaitlyn, Wanda, and Nojan attended the Allard Law Career Fair on February 28th, and enjoyed speaking with 1L and 2L law students about the articling process and sharing their own experiences.

We also offer students opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers on all aspects of a file, including getting into court and on their feet right away.
